Observation 3

The Elderly travels very slow. So, are the time for the elderly to cross the road enough? We should lengthen the time of the traffic light so that the elderly would have enough time to cross the road

Observation 2

Now, HDB flats are build for youngsters. But, there are elderly people in Singapore too. According ti the Singapore statistics, 1/10 of Singapore's population are now elderly. In a few years time it will be 1/5 But HDB flats are not so elderly friendly. We should design homes for the elderly which are also user friendly

Observation 1

As the population grows older, many people's eyesight are also decreasing, There are many elderly who are now visually impaired. We need to increase the size of words for many things(e.g. RoadSigns, words on packaging, etc,)This will allow the elderly to understand the words clearer,

  • Family physicians should play an important role in the management of healthcare needs for seniors.
