At Shopping Centres, there are many non-elderly friendly things in the shopping centres.
Firstly, the escalators are moving quite fast, for the elderly and the elderly cannot react very fast.
Secondly, the layout of shopping centres are very complicated. So elderly cannot find their way easily

Observation 3
The Elderly travels very slow. So, are the time for the elderly to cross the road enough? We should lengthen the time of the traffic light so that the elderly would have enough time to cross the road

Now, HDB flats are build for youngsters. But, there are elderly people in Singapore too. According ti the Singapore statistics, 1/10 of Singapore's population are now elderly.In a few years time it will be 1/5 But HDB flats are not so elderly friendly. We should design homes for the elderly which are also user friendly

As the population grows older, many people's eyesight are also decreasing, There are many elderly who are now visually impaired. We need to increase the size of words for many things(e.g. RoadSigns, words on packaging, etc,)This will allow the elderly to understand the words clearer,

The report is recommending to Vary the length of land leases. Shorter land leases will facilitate the development of retirement housing by the private sector.
- Top up Medisave accounts of less well-off Singaporeans when there are budget surpluses
Family physicians should play an important role in the management of healthcare needs for seniors.
- I could help the elderly with little things in their life
- We could hold a campaign to promote healthy living for the elderly
- start a donation programme for those elderlies who are poor
